~I received my 1st degree Black Belt in Taekwondo & now Practice Aikedo with a homemade Bo Staff & Plastic Sword

~I practice Buddhism & Meditate regularly

~I used to play Hockey

~I wrote a book entitled What The Health? And 3 years later a controversial movie entitled What The Health came out

~I love animals and grew up vegetarian

~I do woodburning and resin art & make stellar homemade woodpiece magnets for clients and friends
