Whether you have a sweet, savory or just downright flavorful tooth, here are some easy-to-make recipes as well as some tasty tidbits of information.


NATURE'S SNICKERS

-Dates, halved

-Almond butter (my favorite is the Maranatha brand)

-Cacao Nibs

Shmear some Almond butter in those dates and add a cacao nib for crunch and you have yourself a Naturally sweet treat!


HOW TO MAKE A TACO SALAD BOWL

Grab your favorite tortilla

Spinach, Red Pepper Wheat or White etc

Shape it to mold a bowl and throw it in the oven for 5 minutes @ 450°

Voila crisp tortilla chip bowl for Salads, rice, beans, guac & more


Its always good to "Taste the Rainbow" and not in the sense of Skittles

Make sure your plate is full of colorful veggies!

There are a lot of Fad diets out there, from vegetarianism to eating right for your Doshas.

I personally am intuitive and very creative when it comes to my kitchen fixins.

Weight loss happens when your metabolic rate is at the right level, and your hormones are balanced. Intermittent fasting is healthy and it creates chemical synapses in the body that assist in weight loss.

I am not a dietician, more of a foodie and personally i think it's important to not deprive ourselves, but also have some kind of regime.

Food plays into our whole lifestyle, its the centerpiece for social gatherings, a treat for a night in with your partner, our wellbeing.

We can be creative with our cuisine and really pour our love into what we cook. That way it not only nourishes our tummies but warms our heart too.


On the topic of recipes, the only thing that is really important is food combining. According to certain cultural traditions there is an emphasis on combining the right foods together in order to boost metabolism and avoid a tummyache.
