Lymphatic drainage massage may very well be the most important technique in the massage world. This modality specifically can prevent certain conditions due to its overall immune boosting effects. Depending on our body's ability to purge and release toxins, the process of filtering and circulating the lymphatic fluid is so important on a regular basis. Build up of lymph can cause all sorts of problems, daily self care techniques such as dry brushing can assist with the movement of the lymph. Daily movement and exercise are so important as well to prevent stagnation and keep your juices flowin'!

The number one culprit for specific ailments concerning the glands and tissues can be attributed to lymph build up. A lymphatic drainage massage is a very light technique, barely even applying pressure to the superficial layer of the skin. Massage does not have to be rigorous in order to be beneficial.

The services I provide for lymphatic drainage are vast. Dry brushing, Gua Sha scraping techniques; which I will highlight in another blog post, reflexology can even cleanse the lymphatic system, as well as Mineral mud Masks that draw toxins from the skin and body.

Other recommended treatments include Ionic foot detoxification, hot whirlpool therapy, cold plunges as well as acupuncture.
