Howdy Doody!

I'm updating my blog from The Bluegrass State!

Just this year I have traveled to 10 different states. Since being a Floridian, previously a New Jersian, I have made several lifelong friends, impacted many people's lives through the art of therapeutic massage therapy as well as a book that I published in 2014. There's more information on my LinkedIn about the incredible companies I have been blessed to work for as well as the outreach chair massage events that I've hosted with my colleagues. I am beyond grateful.

I am so excited that a lot of my friends are following their passions. A lot of people I have been close with have started their own businesses and are growing in the community. It really is beautiful. Everything from making Jewelry, creating handmade Macrame, repurposing furniture, cooking, food trucks, homemade skincare, Plant medicine herbalists, photography majors, singers and songwriters performing live in cities all over the world, realtors hosting international guests, tutors and translators teaching different languages (including to eskimos in Alaska!), the art of dance and choreography, martial artists, yoga teachers thriving in calm unity 🕉 midwives, massage therapists, programmers creating video games, eclectic board game makers..and the list goes on!!!

Life is so damn beautiful especially when you follow your Hridayam , Spiritual heart

I am happy to refer anybody to the many amazing people in the calmunity (community)
